All private bookings are subject to a review process. To secure a private booking, you must provide two forms of identification, a security deposit, sign a rental agreement, and pay a deposit upon signing of the contract.
All private reservations are non-refundable at the time of booking.
Some of our rentals are pet-friendly, and require an additional charge. Owners are responsible for any damages or losses caused by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended, especially if they have separation anxiety. Additionally, pets are not permitted to urinate or defecate inside the home; a $500 fine will be incurred for any urine or feces found in the property. Furthermore, pets must not be outside or inside barking excessively.
Each city implements a short-term rental noise ordinance that all guests must comply with regarding outdoor noise. The city also enforces a no-neighbor disturbance policy. Guests must not disturb the neighbors in any way during their reservation.
We have a strict no party rule at our vacation homes. Small gatherings may be permitted for an additional fee at select rentals, but these gatherings must be communicated in advance before the contract is signed. Any unauthorized parties may result in the termination of your reservation and the loss of your security deposit.
All of our rentals have a strict no smoking policy. You may smoke outside with the windows and doors closed; however, any smoke odor detected inside the home will incur a $500 fine.
Each city limits short term rental reservations to a maximum number of guests. We do not allow additional guests outside of our allowed maximum limit. Please see the rental agreement for occupancy limits.
